The handbook covers a 11-year period between 2010–2020, and contains the distribution of meteorological elements (visibility, cloud height, wind speed and direction, wind gust and direction, air temperature, air pressure, humidity, atmospheric phenomenas, precipitation), and significant statistical parameters of aviation meteorology.

The Runway Visual Range minimum values below 200 m were not detected. The occurrence frequency of horizontal visibility below 1500 m and/or cloud ceiling below 500 ft is the highest during winter months and the lowest during summer months.

The prevailing wind direction in all seasons is 200–250 degrees. Wind speed is mainly 6–10 knots.

The most frequent weather phenomenas are rain and mist. The wettest month is August (69 mm) and the driest months are March and April (28.4 and 25.9 mm accordingly).

A similar climate handbook was published in 2019 for Tallinn Airfield and in 2021 for Tartu Airfield.
