The handbook is a statistical analysis of the observations data provided by Tallinn Airport and covers a 22-year period between 1997–2018, and contains the distribution of meteorological elements (visibility, cloud height, wind speed and direction, wind gust and direction, air temperature, air pressure, relative humidity, atmospheric phenomena, precipitation), and significant statistical parameters of aviation meteorology.

The Runway Visual Range minium values below 200 m were measured only at few observational occasions in April, June and September. The occurrence frequency of horizontal visibility below 1500 m and/or cloud ceiling below 500 ft is the highest during winter months and the lowest during summer months.
The prevailing wind direction in spring and in summer is 260-280 degrees, whereas in autumn and in winter it is 200-220 degrees. Wind speed is mainly 6-10 knots.
Most frequent weather phenomena are rain mist, and snowfall.
A similar climate handbook was published in 1969 and a short version in 1975.
The handbook is a statistical analysis of the observations data provided by Tartu Airport and covers a 7-year period between 2014–2020, and contains the distribution of meteorological elements (visibility, cloud height, wind speed and direction, wind gust and direction, air temperature, air pressure, humidity, atmospheric phenomenas, precipitation), and significant statistical parameters of aviation meteorology.
The Runway Visual Range minimum values below 200 m were measured only at few observational occasions in almost every month. The occurrence frequency of horizontal visibility below 1500 m and/or cloud ceiling below 500 ft is the highest during winter months and the lowest during summer months.
The prevailing wind direction in all seasons is 230–250 degrees. Wind speed is mainly 6–10 knots.
The most frequent weather phenomenas are rain mist and drizzle. The wettest month is June (76.6 mm) and the driest months are January and March (23.6 and 19.8 mm accordingly).
The handbook is a statistical analysis of the observations data provided by Kuressaare Airport and covers a 11-year period between 2010–2020, and contains the distribution of meteorological elements (visibility, cloud height, wind speed and direction, wind gust and direction, air temperature, air pressure, humidity, atmospheric phenomenas, precipitation), and significant statistical parameters of aviation meteorology.
The Runway Visual Range minimum values below 200 m were not detected. The occurrence frequency of horizontal visibility below 1500 m and/or cloud ceiling below 500 ft is the highest during winter months and the lowest during summer months.
The prevailing wind direction in all seasons is 200–250 degrees. Wind speed is mainly 6–10 knots.
The most frequent weather phenomenas are rain and mist. The wettest month is August (69 mm) and the driest months are March and April (28.4 and 25.9 mm accordingly).
